I just have this feeling that the movie “Precious” is going to do well tonight….Mo’Nique is a shoe in, she has cleaned up all the other awards, why not “The Oscar”…..I don’t think Avatar is going to win best Picture, even though it’s the odds on choice for most…… “Precious” has a chance…Lee Daniels has a chance….Geoffrey Fletcher has a chance for Best Adapted Screenplay…
I would not be surprised if this movie is the surprise of the night
Congrats Mo’Nique, and Geoffrey
U.L.O Thank You Letter III

Robert Guillaume
………sometimes in life you have to say thank you to the people who help capture and cultivate your imagination….
Dear Mr. Guillaume,
I must say when it comes to acting I feel that you are one of the best, you have entertained millions with you’re classic distinguished acting style, the old re-runs of Soap and Benson still make us laugh(especially when you’re on the screen) to this very day. The movie Lean on Me and The Lion King were truly two of your most memorable roles for me when it came to movies. I will never forget your role as Isacc Jaffee in “Sports Tonight” it was brilliant and gutsy, your singing voice strong and powerful was dynamic in ” Phantom of the Opera”, your portfolio of work and your invaluable lessons of courage should always be recognized by future artist.

Toast to Mr. Guillaume

- Classic
….sometimes in life you have to say thanks while people are still here to accept your thanks…….I want to say thank you to Lena Horne
Dear Lena Horne,
Hey hope all is well, I just wanted to say I wasn’t alive to experience your breakthrough in Hollywood, but I really admire the spirit and determination you have, these young women off today can really learn something from your experiences. I feel sad that you were blacklisted in the 50′s, and that MGM didn’t have the courage to cast you in more movies, I feel the world has been robbed, but the work you have out is considered classic in my book. One of my favorite movies of yours is “Death of a Gunfighter” interesting movie,we can’t forget about “The Wiz”, your special appearances on The Cosby Show, Different World, and even Sesame Street will go down as classic moments in television history.

Toast to Lena Horne
Tyler & Oprah Production
…………hey check out this interesting clip, this is one of those movies that will tug at your heart ….. and yes that is Mariah Carey
Destiny’s Obsession…..??
…….Beyonce’ hits number one again, not on the music charts but at the box-office, her movie “Obsessed” burned the competition with $28.5 million to take the #1 spot. Obsessed was shown on 2,514 screens across the country averaging $11,336 per theaters, it’s unlikely she will be able to stay at the top because next Friday the big summer movie season starts with latest X-men movie, but she should still be in the top 3……..be sure to check out the U.L.O movie review in the movie section!

Number #1
Does he sign his checks with that name???
Happy 45th Birthday to Cedric the Entertainer, look for some new Cedric projects to come out this summer. I still say he ’s classic in the “Steve Harvey Show”………I think Cedric should have his own late night talk show one day… ..he’s a Taurus so he likes the attention.

Ced's Family

Toast 2 Ceddy!!
Oh by the way….about Madea
……just a quick post to let you know about Tyler Perry’s “Madea goes to Jail” it currently stands at ($90.485 million dollars) wow!!……it’s still playing on 169 screens across America, bringing in an average of ($577.00) dollars a day, not bad for 8 1/2 weeks worth of work.

I'm Rich B**ch!!
